Daser David Heads Digital Bridge Institute As NIGCOMSAT Gets New EDs

President Bola Tinubu has appointed Mr. Daser David as the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI).

Under the new portfolio, David is expected to introduce innovations that will strengthen the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) based institute in line with global best practices. 

He is an academic and industry expert with a deep understanding of digital technologies and educational leadership.

The President also appointed Mr. Reuben Oshomah as Executive Director of Marketing, and Mr. Adama Kure as the Executive Director of Finance and Administration, both at Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT). 

Oshomah has extensive experience in communications satellite marketing and strategic business development, while Mr. Kure is a seasoned finance professional with a strong record in financial management and corporate governance.

The President expects the newly appointed officers to bring their wealth of experience and expertise to bear in driving the strategic vision for their institutions.

National Parks Panacea In Mitigating Climate Change- Olory

Plastic Waste Project: AEPB Targets N10.5m Revenue Monthly

 BY CHIKA OKEKE, Abuja                               Mr Benjamin Enwerem The Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB) has set out plans to generate N10.5 million monthly through the pilot implementation of Plastic Waste Value Chain in line with Nigeria's Circular Economy project.   The revenue is expected to be generated through the collection, sorting, processing and installation of waste recycling facilities such as recycling cage, waste bags, sacks, tricycles, digital and hook scale, digital vertical scale, hydraulic bailer and crusher.  A circular economy is a model of production and consumption, which involves sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling existing materials and products such as plastics without leakage into the natural environment.
