Doyin Okupe

A former presidential spokesperson and prominent political strategist, Dr. Doyin Okupe is dead.

Okupe, a medical doctor passed away in the early hours of Friday, March 7, 2025, in Lagos.

He was 72 year.

Okupe was Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to President Olusegun Obasanjo and Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to President Goodluck Jonathan.

Details of his death are still sketchy at the time of filling this report.
